Venduka is a marketplace for handmade and individual products. You buy directly from the people who make your pieces themselves.
Add the items you want to your cart and follow the checkout. You enter your shipping address and pay securely online – done.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider Stripe. Depending on availability, options include credit card and other common methods.
For physical items you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Exceptions apply, for example to custom-made or personalised items and to digital content. You can find the details in the withdrawal notices.
Shipping time is set by the individual seller and is shown to you on the product page and at checkout. As many pieces are handmade, a production time may be added.
First contact the seller via the messaging function. If the issue can't be resolved, our buyer protection will help you further.
Use the “Send message” button on the product or shop page to write to the seller directly.
A sales commission applies to sold items and is shown transparently in the seller area. There are no hidden fees.
Handmade, self-designed and selected individual products are allowed. Prohibited or unlawful items are excluded – see our policies.
Payouts are made via Stripe directly to your linked account, according to the payout schedule you choose.
Whether you need to register a business depends on the scale and regularity of your sales. When in doubt, clarify this with a tax advisor or your tax office.

Create a new listing in the seller dashboard, add photos, a description, price and shipping details, and publish it.
