Special withdrawal rules apply to digital content (e.g. download files, 3D models, print templates): as soon as the download starts with your express consent, your statutory right of withdrawal expires. This page explains how this works and which rights you keep.
For contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires once performance has begun, provided you expressly consented to performance starting before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving this consent.
Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB)

Without these consents, instant download is not possible. Your consents are documented with your order.
The expiry of the withdrawal right does not mean you are on your own if problems occur — your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected:
If in doubt, open the help area in your order ("Report a problem") — we review every case.
