Dropshipping is not allowed on Venduka.
Venduka is a marketplace for handmade products, 3D printing creations, and original digital creations. To ensure the quality and authenticity of our marketplace, dropshipping, reselling, and the sale of mass-produced goods are strictly prohibited.
What counts as dropshipping?
The following are considered dropshipping or prohibited trade practices on Venduka:
- Reselling products that you did not make yourself
- Orders shipped directly from a wholesaler or manufacturer to the buyer
- Mass-produced products listed as handmade
- Reselling goods from online wholesale markets (e.g. AliExpress, Temu, Wish)
Why do we prohibit dropshipping?
This policy protects our community and ensures quality:
- Our handmade promise: Every product on Venduka should be genuinely handmade or independently created
- Quality assurance: Sellers know their products and can guarantee quality
- Fair pricing: Handmade products have fair prices that reflect the maker's work
- Buyer trust: Our customers rely on receiving unique and authentic products
What is allowed?
The following sales models are allowed on Venduka:
- Handmade physical products that you make yourself (ceramics, jewelry, textiles, woodwork, etc.)
- 3D printed products with your own designs that you print and ship yourself
- Print-on-demand with your own designs (e.g. t-shirts, posters), as long as you are the designer
- Digital products and templates that you created yourself (SVG, PDF, STL files, etc.)
- Craft supplies and materials for other makers (e.g. fabrics, beads, tools)
Consequences of violation
In case of violation of the no-dropshipping policy, Venduka reserves the right to take the following actions:
- Immediate removal of the affected listings
- Warning issued to the seller account
- Temporary or permanent suspension of the seller account for repeated violations
- Withholding of pending payouts until the matter is resolved
